You are cordially invited to attend the Zeta Sigma 40th Anniversary Celebration, Missouri State University Homecoming, and the Zeta Sigma Open House

Below you will find details on each day, information on where to stay, and how to buy merchandise for the weekend. For additional information follow us on instagram here. 

 Thank you for holding space for our collegiate sisters as they compete in Homecoming events throughout the weekend. Out of respect for our collegiate sisters, the house will not be open to visitors on Friday, October 20th or Saturday, October 21st. Thank you for your kind understanding. 

40th Anniversary Celebration
Friday, October 20th

Tickets are $15 for this not-to-be-missed event! Appetizers and a cash bar will kick off the weekend at this cocktail reception. Come ready to mingle and see all that Zeta Sigma has accomplished. Badge attire is requested- so dust off that Lyre pin- it's her time to shine. Kindly, this celebration is open to Alpha Chi Omega sisters in good standing only. The below links are for alumnae only- collegians please reach out to your VP Finance for tickets. 

Ticket is required to attend and will not be for sale at the door. 

 

 

 

Charity Raffle
Benefiting Harmony House and The Alpha Chi Omega Foundation

October is domestic violence awareness month! As such, Theta Kappa Theta (Springfield Alumnae Chapter) will host a Charity Raffle with Zeta Sigma benefiting Harmony House and The Alpha Chi Omega Foundation during the 40th Anniversary event. 

 

Raffle donors include: Greek BellyMissouri State Ice Bears, The Missouri State Alumni Association, The Foster Recreation Center, J Squared GlassworksLM Home DesignThe Baked BeanSpringfield Cardinals baseballGailey's Breakfast Cafe,  Alpha Chi Omega and many more! We're adding new donors and prizes every day.   If you have ordered your ticket, check your inbox for details on reserving your raffle tickets in advance. Raffle sales will continue through the evening with winners being announced before the night's end. 

Alumnae mugs will be available in a limited quality until they run out. Pre-order is available and we suggest you do so!

 

Proceeds from the evening benefit the Harmony House, a domestic violence shelter in Springfield and The Alpha Chi Omega Foundation!

Missouri State University Homecoming
Saturday, October 21st

Join the Zeta Sigma Chapter to celebrate Homecoming. Pick one event or stay for them all, let's get together  and GO BEARS!

9:00 am - Homecoming Parade with Zeta Sigma Sisters

Meet alumnae and collegiate sisters at the corner of JQH and Cherry. Click here to find a map showing where sisters will meet. Family and friends of Alpha Chi Omega are invited to attend. No RSVP required. 

10:00 am - Breakfast with Boomer

Highly recommended for families with children or sisters who LOVE Boomer Bear. Tickets must be purchased in advance from Missouri State University and they do sell out quickly!

11:00 am - Alpha Chi Omega Tailgate

Partnering with the Missouri State University Alumni Association, a spot for Alpha Chi Omega alumnae has been reserved in the Alumni Association tent. Family and friends of Alpha Chi Omega are invited to attend. Free food and nonalcoholic beverages will be available as well as photo opportunities, face painting, an inflatable Boomer (HE'S GIGANTIC!), prime location next to a cash bar, and more. No RSVP required. 

We will share the location as soon as it's made available by Missouri State University. Check back for a map of where we will be!

2:00 PM: Football Game- MSU vs. Murray State

Homecoming winners will be announced during halftime. Come sing M-I-S-S-O-U-R-I STATE with the crowd of maroon! Purchase game tickets below from Missouri State University. 

7:00pm: BeAR Crawl and MSU Alumni Chapter Mixers

Join a new Homecoming tradition! You won't want to miss the FIRST-EVER BeAR Crawl! OR Head to Springfield Brew Co. after the football game to engage with alumni chapters and constituency groups. Registration is required but you can register at the door. Details can be found below.

Open House
Sunday, October 22nd
Open exclusively to Alpha Chi Omega Sisters 

Where: 1031 E Cherry

Springfield, MO 65807

When: 11:00am-1pm 

Join the Alpha Chi Omega National Housing Corporation for an Open House showcasing the Zeta Sigma Facility at 1031 E Cherry.

 

The National Housing Corporation has owned the Zeta Sigma facility since 2019. After closing the chapter house during the 2022-2023 year for renovations, it is open! Come see the latest updates and tour the house. 

 

Enjoy light refreshments and house tours with current chapter members.  

 This event is open to Alpha Chi Omega sisters only, please. Come and go as your schedule allows. Tickets are not required but RSVPs are greatly appreciated.
